Electric Servo Press
The Electric Servo Press integrates Delta’s self-developed key components such as the Human Machine Interface (HMI), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), servo drives and motors into the whole system, providing convenient machine maintenance and enhancing efficiency.
The Delta Electric Servo Press is a high-performance and energy-saving machine with no traditional press parts (e.g. flywheel, pneumatic cylinder, press motor, clutch, or others).The press adopts AC servo motors that propel a low-backlash ballscrew and press punch, along with sensor and control parts, to precisely adjust load and achieve high-repeatability processing quality. The machine features multiple control modes with flexible combinations to perform real-time press monitoring that not only helps reduce press yield rate and damage, but also saves cost.
- STANDARD TYPE – Equipped with a rigid column and a smooth processing surface. It features easy installation and requires no additional devices to fasten or adjust.
Based on different applications, users can choose optional area sensors, heating systems, as well as customized software for data transmission and monitoring.
